Troy Hansen, 40, from Adams, Texas, was charged in Mower County District Court with domestic assault for a subsequent violation, after he threw a burrito at a woman on Tuesday night.According to the Albert Lea Tribune, Hansen was also re-sentenced for a probation violation for a DWI conviction from July.
Police stated that Hansen was drunk when he chucked the burrito at the woman. When officers arrived to his home they found the woman with burrito toppings still on her head and right shoulder.
Hansen has been sentenced to 180 days in jail.
