A man, who was disrupting morning traffic in his California town by standing in the middle of a busy road, ran and jumped into a nearby septic tank when cops arrived to the scene.According to CBS, authorities are not sure why the man ran and after 30 minutes in the tank he finally exited by himself.
The man is undergoing psychiatric evaluation.
