Claudia Ambroziak, 58, from Port Orange, Florida, was arrested after she tried to choke a police officer, Michael Garay, who was responding to her domestic disturbance call on Wednesday.Ambroziak’s husband, Joe, called police after she attacked him during an argument. According to New York Daily News, she told Officer Garay that Joe put his hand around her neck during the brawl.
When the officer asked Ambroziak to show him how Joe choked her, she responded by wrapping two fingers and her thumb around his neck and applying pressure.
Joe stated that he was trying to hold his wife back after she kicked him in the back.
She was charged with domestic battery after she was arrested for choking the officer.
