On Wednesday, Canadian Tanya St. Arnauld, 29, woke from an induced coma with 70% of her body burned as a result of her boyfriend pouring acid on her in a fight on Sunday.
According to NY Daily News, sometime
before the sun rose on Sunday, a falling out resulted in Nikolas Stefanatos, 27, spraying St. Arnauld with ketchup and mustard.
She went to a friend’s house
to calm down and returned later, when he drenched her with
cleaning product that left her skin melting off her body.
St. Arnauld was hospitalized and put into an induced coma.
Stefanatos has been charged with aggravated assault.
