Shocking Footage Shows Teacher Abusing Four-Year-Old Student – Child Left With BRAIN DAMAGE

The Chinese public has been outraged by closed circuit TV footage showing a caretaker violently abusing a developmentally disabled young girl.

The footage shows a female caretaker lifting a young girl up before throwing her on to the floor where she clearly hits her head. The woman then kicks the girl before flipping her onto her stomach.

According to the The Sun, the girls was knocked unconscious and suffered brain damage from the incident.

The caretaker is facing prosecution.
