Woman Claims TSA Agents Stole Her JEWELS At Airport – Officials Deleted Security Footage

A Boston woman is out of luck after taking too long to report her stolen jewelry to the TSA.

Terri Ivester of Boston maintains that a TSA agent at Logan International Airport stole her jewelry when he walked out of her sight with her backpack, claiming he had to remove a bottle of water inside it.

According to CBS Boston, Ivester noticed that the jewelry was missing after she had reached her Chicago destination, but did not file a claim immediately for unspecified reasons.

The TSA erases security footage after thirty days, so TSA agents were unable to investigate Ivester’s claim thoroughly when they received it more than a month after the flight.

The jewelry has not been recovered.
