Man Murdered His 15-Year-Old Niece – Choked Her To Death, Smothered Her IN BLEACH

A fifteen-year-old New York City girl’s life has ended tragically just a week before her sweet sixteen birthday – and she may have been murdered by a family member.

Destiny Sanchez, 15, was found strangled and soaked in bleach in the lobby of a South Bronx apartment building close to the building where she resided.

According to The New York Times, police have arrested Luis Vega, 34, Sanchez’s uncle by marriage, and charged him with endangering the welfare of a child after it was determined that he allowed Sanchez to consume alcohol in his presence.

Vega, who was transferred to a nearby hospital due to a pre-existing medical condition, has not been charged with Sanchez’s murder, but is considered a suspect.

Sanchez attended the Academy for Scholarship and Entrepreneurship in Wakefield, New York. Funeral services have not yet been scheduled
