Two patients claim he assaulted them.Two unidentified female plaintiffs have filed suit against Dr. Robert Haddon of Tenafly N.J. and formerly of New York Presbyterian Hospital, claiming he performed oral sex on them when they were patients in his gynecology office.
In the lawsuit filed by Anthony Donofrio, the two young women, are alluded to by their initials,L.K. and A.Y.; one contacted the police after the alleged incident.
Police confirmed that the complaint was made and that Haddon was taken into custody the next day.
According to The New York Daily News, a spokesperson for New York Presbyterian Hospital could not comment on pending litigation, but said that the hospital takes matters of this nature very seriously.
