His grandmother waited outside, not knowing her grandson was being assaulted. A 12-year old Staten Island boy who was at the South Street Seaport, shopping with his grandmother, was sexually assaulted in a bathroom stall as his grandmother waited outside for him.
The victim was accosted by a man in the bathroom who ran away after performing oral sex on the boy.
According to The New York Post, the rattled boy did not inform his grandmother for more than an hour.
The suspect has dark hair and was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and grey sweatpants.
