The police officer yelled “What are you doing?”
Gerard Streator, 47, of Waukesha, Wisconsin, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of public lewdness for having sex with a couch left for garbage on a Wisconsin street.
According to The SMoking Gun, in the complaint sworn out against Streator, Police Officer Ryan Edwards said Streator “had been thrusting his pelvic area against the cushions and trying to sexually gratify himself by rubbing his penis between the two cushions.”
Streator was ruled competent to stand trial following a psychiatrist’s report.
The conditions of the plea were 5 months in jail (execution of the term stayed), and a year’s probation; Streator has to pay $243 in court costs, stay sober and may not possess pornography of any kind
