34-year old Melissa Neale, of Orange County, Florida became so enraged when her daughter made oatmeal that was not to Neale’s liking that Neale grabbed a stun gun from her room, cornered the child and used the gun on the child who fell to the floor; the scene was witnessed by the friend with whom they were staying, but she chose not to tell anyone until she found a note from the girl saying she no longer wanted to live — at which point the friend contacted the police.
Neale was arrested and charged with aggravated child abuse, but the friend says it is not the only instance: ’When Melissa disciplines (the girl) she will slap (her) in the face, punch (her) in the back of the head or will grab (her) by the hair and pull (her) around the room,’
According to The Daily Mail, Neale contends the gun was not on and explains the marks on the child’s knee, saying they came from a paddling with a spoon.
The Department of Children removed Neale’s children and placed them
