Accused Walmart Hooker Cops To Reduced Charge

Foster Bills, 22, was busted by New York State Police troopers in late-April, after Walmart managers reported receiving an anonymous complaint about “a male subject performing sexual acts in a secluded location” at the store in Queensbury, a town 50 miles north of Albany.

A subsequent police operation resulted in Bills’s arrest “after he accepted cash for sex from an undercover State Police Investigator.” The “secluded location” used by Bills for encounters was apparently a Walmart bathroom, and johns were solicited via Craigslist "casual encounters" ads.

Originally charged with misdemeanor prostitution, Bills pleaded guilty last month to a reduced count of disorderly conduct, according to a Queensbury Town Court case history report.

Bills, pictured above, was ordered by a judge to pay a total of $325 in fine and court surcharges.

In addition to the Walmart liaisons, state troopers linked Bills to a Craigslist ad that sought paid trysts at a public library. Posted in the classified site’s “m4m” section, the ad was placed by a 22-year-old who described himself as a “Young guy looking for a little spending money
