Atlanta rapper Shawty Lo recently posted a video to his Instagram page in which he calls a mentally disabled man an "ugly little duck." The man, who's name is Dave, is known as sort of a legend at Redan High, where celebs like La La Anthony and Swizz Beatz graduated.
The "Laffy Taffy" rapper's video enraged his followers, who attacked him for making fun of Dave.
