It was the girl’s first concert.19-year old Brittany Flannigan of Derry, New Hampshire died of an overdose after a concert at The House of Blues in Boston, Massachusetts.
Two other people were also taken to the hospital in serious condition; it is not believed that they knew on another.
According to CBS Boston, The House of Blues voluntarily shut down for the night but is expected to reopen; the Boston Licensing Board will investigate the nightspot’s management.
An autopsy is being performed by the Massachusetts state medical examiner’s office.
