Home Depot puts them in the mood.
20-year old Emily Craig and 31 -year old Shaun Bowden were arrested for having sex inside of a display shed at a Home Depot store in North Charleston, South Carolina.
Police were called after someone noticed them going inside the shed, closing the door and staying inside the shed for a prolonged time.
According to The Smoking Gun, the police report describes the scene: “The female was partially clothed; the top of her dress was untied, hanging at her waist…The male was not wearing his shirt and had his pants down near his knees; his penis was exposed.”
After it was determined that the pair had been having sex, they were arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and being a nuisance; Craig was additionally charged with providing false information because she originally gave the police a false name.
