A Chinese family is stretched to the breaking point.Xu Lin, of Dengfeng, Henan province, China, was arrested for trying to give away his 11-month old triplet sons at a roadside stand.
The babies were wrapped in blankets and placed on mats and he explained to passersby that they were “free to a good home.”
According to The Daily Mail, the father is reported to have said, “‘I love my sons but either they go or the whole family goes.”
The family already has two sons, and they were hoping for one daughter; Xu Lin claimed he cannot afford three more children.
The police were called because it was thought by someone passing by that he was a child trafficker; he and the children were taken into custody.
