A former Catholic school tutor gave a student more than he studied for.Abigail Simon, 33, was charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct, which carries a possible life sentence and accosting a minor for immoral puposes, a four-year-felony.
Between Feb 1 and April 26 of this year, Simon allegedly conducted a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old student in her former apartment.
According to MLive, the boy’s mother found sexual text messages and explicit photos sent from Simon on her son’s phone and police began an investigation.
Simon was arrested and placed on $25,000 by the judge after she contacted the victim when she was told not to.
