A bizarre death is being investigated. Shannon Herrin, 38, was found by her 19-year-old son in their freezer and police are still investigating her unexplainable death.
According to the NY Daily News, police claim there were no signs of trauma to the body but are investigating the death as a homicide until given an explanation from the medical examiner .
Officials are also interviewing Herrin’s teenage son, along with her husband and neighbors, but do not currently have any suspects or even signs of foul play.
Herrin’s whole body was found in a chest-deep freezer and the police chief claims he had seen cases where people fell in and were unable to get out, but the investigation is still underway.
