Girl, 21, Hit By TRAIN After Homeless Man Shoved Her Onto TRACKS When She Refused To Give Him Money

A college student is in stable condition after a horrible incident.

An unidentified 21-year old woman was shoved in front of a moving train at the White Plains, New York train station by 39-year old Howard Mickens, a homeless man who became angered when she refused to give him money.

It was reported that she suffered severe leg trauma and several fingers were severed and put on ice for possible reattachment.

According to The Journal News, police were on the scene and arrested Mickens on the spot; police report that the man has been arrested 11 previous times and a number of the arrests were for violent felonies.

Mickens has been charged with second degree murder.
