A fondness for inflatable toys gets a man a prison sentence.
32-year old Edwin Tobergta of Hamilton, Ohio, pleaded guilty to public indecency after admitting that he had engaged in sexual relations with a pool raft in front of a young child.
He had stepped out of the back door of his home naked and proceeded to have relations with an inflatable orange pool raft and the act was witnessed by the 10-year old girl who lives next door.
The Dayton Daily reports that because he has been found guilty of the same crime once before — although that time the raft was pink — and once before to public sexual activity which does not appear to have involved pool toys, Tobergta faces a possibility of a year in
jail.
Tobergta has admitted to needing help at a sentencing hearing in the past.
