Patrick Konopelski had a new idea for a really scary haunted house for Shocktoberfest in eastern Pennsylvania — the Naked and Scared Challenge, in which participants would go through the haunted house in their most vulnerable state — completely nude.
But authorities in the area do not approve of the plans and claim they never heard about anything nude in Konopelski’s application.
According to NBC News, Konopelski claims he talked to a lawyer who stated that there was nothing wrong with the idea — the haunted house was just offering people the right to go though it with of without clothing — but he was not willing to fight the municipality.
So the Semi-Naked and Scared Challenge, in which participants can choose to go through the haunted house in their underwear, will take place.
