The man wrote to a “14-year old girl” that he was afraid of being caught and he should have been.
64-year old Cliff Oshman of Daytona Beach, Florida, was arrested when he brought his wife and baby along to a meeting he had set up with someone he believed was a 14-year old girl he had been e-mailing for months in the hopes of getting her to join him and his wife in group sex.
The “girl” was actually an undercover police officer who immediately took the man into custody.
Oshman had originally written emails expressing the desire to have someone join his “cozy family, ” but he eventually sent the “girl” naked pictures of himself and asked her to so as well; he also sent her explicit emails about the specific sex acts he hoped to perform with her.
According to The Daytona Beach News Journal, he has been charged with charges of using a computer to seduce/solicit/lure a child, two counts of transmission of material harmful to minors, traveling to meet after using a computer to seduce/solicit/lure a child and using a two-way communication device to commit a felony.
His wife was aware of the plan to meet a minor for sex but it is unclear if she has been charged with anything.
