A would-be robber is forced to run away.
A clerk at a deli in Brentwood, Long Island chased an armed would-be ribber out of a StopAnd Shop deli with the aid of a machete — and the incident was captured on video tape.
CBS News reports that the robber walked into the deli wearing a mask, with a bag in one hand and a gun in the other, demanded money and fired a shot into the wall of the deli.
The employee pulled out a large machete which the owner had purchased recently, and chased the man into the parking lot.
The man has not been captured but the police have been receiving leads since the video appeared.
