A man sees himself clearly, and does not like what he sees.
44-year old Joseph Russo of Fairfield, Connecticut went to the police, claiming that for years he had had the intention of hurting and traumatizing local elementary school students, and asking for their help in preventing him from acting on these intentions.
A local police officer stated that Russo also threatened to take students hostage and told police he needed immediate help.
According to the Fairfield Patch, the police assessed the man and decided that he was a serious threat; he was taken to St.
Vincent’s Medical Center for evaluation.
Upon being released from the hospital police arrested him and charged him with Threatening an Act of Terrorism and First-Degree Threatening.
