RALEIGH, N.C. (WTVD) -- Campus authorities are investigating after someone left a dead bear in the NC State Brickyard Tuesday morning.
The animal was left lying on a bench. It wasn't clear how it was killed.
While it is legal to hunt black bears in North Carolina, hunting season ended in all counties at the first of the year.
