Cowboys owner Jerry Jones is being sued by a woman who says he sexually assaulted her.
Jana Weckerly, a former exotic dancer, filed a suit in Dallas County District Court on Monday alleging Jones assaulted her in 2009. Read the PDF of the entire lawsuit here. (Warning: Graphic content.)
Weckerly's lawyer told the Dallas Morning News that his client is still dealing with "trauma" from the alleged incident.
The suit also claims that Jones and the Cowboys conspired to cover up the a$sault. Weckerly seeks more than $1 million in damages.
Weckerly's lawyer sent a press release to several media outlets last week, claiming Weckerly was the person who took the photos of Jones posing with strippers. The pictures were taken in 2009 and recently leaked. Jones said the photos were "misrepresented."
