An Indian millionaire has been charged with murder after he slammed his Hummer into a security guard after the sentinel took too long opening the barriers at his gated community, police said.

K. Chandrabose, 50, died Monday, two weeks after 39-year-old Mohammed Nisham pinned him against a wall with the SUV, then beat him with an iron rod.

The stricken guard spent time on life support before dying of cardiac arrest, authorities in the southern state of Kerala said.

Nisham is locked up near Thrissur, where he lives in a gated community. He made his fortune in the tobacco and real estate businesses, and lives a life of excess that includes nearly 20 luxury cars, including a Bentley, Lamborghini and Aston Martin worth a total of some $4 million.
The playboy has been arrested before. Most of the crimes revolve around his love of cars.

Nisham previously was arrested in 2013 for allowing his 9-year-old son to drive a Ferrari on a public road. The clip of Ishan behind the wheel of the Ferrari F430 went viral as he sped around in the powerful car while his 4-year-old brother sat shotgun.

The boy had asked for months to drive the sports car as a birthday present before his parents finally relented.
“I am proud of him. He's been driving since he was 5,” the boy’s mother, Amal Nisham, told NDTV, according to Sky News. “He is a cautious and confident driver. It's not easy for a child to achieve such a feat at this young age.”

Also in 2013, Mohammed Nisham was arrested after he locked a police woman in his brand-new Rolls Royce during a traffic stop, according to the Express. He was busted for drunk driving and reportedly did not want the brand-new ride impounded.

“The woman SI told her colleagues to take me into custody, saying that here is the person who allowed his minor son to drive a Ferrari,” Nisham told The Indian Express after that arrest. “I did not lock her inside; she could have come out if she wished. Everything has been recorded on camera. And what I told the police was that the Rolls-Royce was new, and it was not proper to take it to the police station the first day.”
