Earlier today, the 46-year-old Saudi millionaire and property ty****, Ehsan Abdulaziz, was cleared of all charges of raping a girl aged 18. Remarkably, the defendant claimed he accidently fell and slipped; thereby unintentionally penetrating the young woman. Thus, DNA evidence by the prosecutor was rejected as merely “an accident”. The two met in the exclusive Cirque le Soir nightclub in the West End on the 7th August, 2014 where she had been spending the evening with her friend, who was known to the businessman.
According to the defendant’s lawyer, Mr. Abdulaziz had sexual intercourse with the alleged victim’s 24-year old girlfriend earlier in the evening which meant his penis“might have been poking out of his underwear” as he tripped on the 18-year-old who slept on his sofa for the night.
In his evidence, Abdulaziz demonstrated how the complainant had put her hand behind his head to pull her towards him, causing him to fall down. He said it was possible he had semen on his hands after the sexual encounter with her friend.
The jury acquitted Abdulaziz of one count of rape after just 30 minutes of deliberations.
